In our online store you have the possibility of returning the products.
The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order. In this case you will only be charged the cost of returning the products. If the reason for returning the order is the fault of our company, we will bear the cost of returning it. Otherwise the cost is borne by the customer.
Product return conditions:
- The merchandise must be in the condition in which you received it. This means that its packaging must not have been tampered with and it must not have been used.
- All accompanying forms, instructions for use and relevant documents (receipts or invoices) must be returned together with the product.
- You must have contacted the relevant department of the company and made known your intention to return the order.
